I use an integrative approach, incorporating both Swedish and deep tissue, as needed, based on your goals and my expertise. Treatments may also include myofascial release, stretching, energy work.

The pricing is all inclusive, which may include silicone cupping, hot Synergy stones, Hypervolt massage gun, essential oils, heat therapy, and any pain relief/CBD lotions. Pregnancy massage is available in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions.

Reiki and massage can be combined into a single session.
