Cancellation/Late Policy
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, or if a client is a “no-show” the client will be charged the full amount for the missed session, which must be paid prior to the next appointment.
If a client arrives late, the session will still be ended on time, and the full amount will be charged.
If a client requests a shorter duration session than was booked (without 24 hours notice), the full amount will be charged (for the originally scheduled duration).
